Darl is the father of current driver David
Harrison. He won the Little 500 in 1967, 1970 & 1975, and is one
of only 3 drivers ever to win the event 3 times. He was named USAC Rookie
of the Year in 1971, and was IMCA Champion in 1969. Daryl was also the
1960, '61 and '62 track champion at Fremont Speedway, and stands 17th in
all time feature wins at the track, with 19 wins.
