Hartzell Family Immigrants
By Year, Spelling & Port
The following index is taken from the Passenger And Immigration Lists
Index. Several names appear to be repeated in more than one list. In
these cases, I made a notation. These passenger lists normally included
only the head of family. Women & children were rarely listed.
Notice that only 2 entries are older than 1727. That is because 1727
was the year that the British Crown began to require that these lists be
kept.
Please do not consider this to be a complete list. I am sure
that it is not. It is intended to be a ready reference for you to consult.
As is true with any genealogical research, the only way to be sure is to
examine the original documents.
